گذراندن یک عصر تابستانی در کنار دوستان و خانواده در بالکن پنت هاوس این خانه می تواند بسیار دلنشین باشد. این ساختمان از دو واحد دوبلکس تشکیل شده که یکی سه خوایه و دیگری دو خوابه است بطوریکه طبقه ی پایین هر واحد شامل آشپزخانه و نشیمن و غذاخوری است و در طبقه ی بالا اتاق های خواب با حمام مجزا در گوشه ای از نشیمن قرار دارد. پنجره هایی با فرم ذوزنقه و مربع و مستطیل حفره های دایره شکل دیواره ی سمت راست و بطور کلی ترکیب اشکال هندسی مختلف در کنار یکدیگر ویژگی بارز این ساختمان به شمار می رود. شیار های موجود در سقف تراس و دیوارها با نرده ها متناسب است. در مجموع این عدم تقارن است که به این ساختمان زیبایی می بخشد.

Passing a summer afternoon along with friends and family in the balcony of this pent house can be very pleasing. The buildings consisted of two duplex units one which has three bedrooms and the other one two bedrooms, such a way that the kitchen, living and dining room are located in the downstairs and the upstairs includes bedrooms with separate bathrooms which are located in a corner of the living room. Windows are in forms of trapezoidal, square, rectangle, circle-shaped holes in the wall right next to each other and the overall composition of geometric forms areacteristic of this building. Slots on the terrace roof and walls fit with railings. In general, it’s the asymmetry that gives beauty to the building.
